MAEL — Exchange Policy

Exchanges only. Returns and refunds are not offered.

We want you to love what you ordered. If a size or style isn't right, we're happy to exchange it, subject to the terms below.

Exchange Window

• Exchange requests must be made within 7 days of delivery.
• Requests made after 7 days cannot be accepted.

Condition Requirements

• The item must be unworn, unwashed, and unused.
• All original tags must still be attached.
• Items returned without tags or showing signs of wear will not be accepted for exchange.

How to Request an Exchange

1. Email us first at our support email [hi@maelofficial.com] within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number and the size/style you'd like instead.
2. We will reply with our exchange address and any further instructions.
3. Courier the item to us at the address provided. Please do not send it before receiving confirmation from us.
4. Once we receive and inspect the item, we will dispatch your selected replacement piece.
