MAEL — Exchange Policy

Exchanges only. Returns and refunds are not offered.

We want you to love what you ordered. If a size or style isn't right, we're happy to exchange it — subject to the terms below.

Exchange Window

• Exchange requests must be made within 7 days of delivery.
• Requests made after 7 days cannot be accepted.

Condition Requirements

• The item must be unworn, unwashed, and unused.
• All original tags must still be attached.
• Items returned without tags, or showing signs of wear, will not be accepted for exchange.

How to Request an Exchange

1. Email us first at [your support email] within 7 days of delivery, including your order number and the size/style you'd like instead.
2. We will reply with our exchange address and any further instructions.
3. Courier the item to us at the address provided — please do not send it before receiving confirmation from us.
4. Once we receive and inspect the item, we will dispatch your new selected piece.
